If we want to understand the principle of MADLER planetary reducer, we must first know its structure, MADLER planetary reducer is composed of body, planetary frame, planetary gear, solar gear, stage gear, inner gear ring, output bearing, output shaft oil seal, force bearing, force shaft oil seal and the fixed screws. Among them, the planetary gear (combined in the planetary frame), the solar gear stage gear and the inner gear ring are the four parts of the basic transmission structure. The transmission principle is as follows:

1. The driving source starts the solar gear in a direct connection, and the solar gear drives the planetary gear assembled on the planetary gear frame.

2. The whole planetary gear system runs and rotates automatically along the outer gear ring. The planetary frame is connected with the output shaft to achieve the purpose of acceleration.

3. Higher reduction ratio is made up of multiple stage gears and planetary gears.
